“The guide works well however the size of the guide was a disappointment. I expected the size to be smaller to allow only for a hose to pass through. I understand after researching your website again that the size allows the stop ball to pass through, however could not a latch or gate to be incorporated in the guide to allow only a hose to pass through ie max 20mm, and then close the latch. This would then not require the guide to be so big and obtrusive for ours and most probably other users purpose? Please contact me in require further explaination. Vic Tysoe”
“I have just put it up today. I have already had a go with it and it’s good that my hose does not get snagged around my garden. That was the purpose for me buying it.”
“The hose reel worked very well for the first few weeks now it will not return fully and stops about a mtr from the reel. Continued pulling out and pushing can get it in most of the way. I was going to lodge a complaint but this email may be the way to explain my problems with the reel.”
“This product is working well for us allowing the hose to be guided around the corner of a colour bond clad building assisting in keeping the hose off the ground and accessing the nearby garden beds much easier.”
