“This product needs redesigning so that the hose can be inserted without having to feed the large knob through. As it is it is invasive and cumbersome Such a useful item needs to be unobtrusive.I can recommend as it works well but don't like seeing it on the corn of the house”
“While the hose guide saves my hose from rubbing against the wall and becoming damaged. The hole does not fit the spray nozzle so I find myself needing to undo and redo the hose when I want to move around the garden to hook it in and out. Furthermore, the real doesn’t seem to retract the hose as well when it passes though the guide.Good to protect your hose-but not really very convenient”
“Overall the product works fine, and I have successfully installed it to allow my hose reel to feed line around the corner of my garage to reach areas on the other side of my house without pulling on the corner brickwork.What I think would be a great improvement however is if the space provided in this guide were actually smaller that the stopper ball on the hose line, such that it stops the hose as if this were the same as the reel itself. That would allow me to let the line feed back and require less manual adjustment to get the reel tension set to allow the line to sit there. This is only a minor thing (and would require temporary removal of the line ball stopper)”
