“Placed an order on the 9th August for this and the retractable hose reel. The leader hose turned up but we’re still waiting for the hose reel. Can’t use one without the other. Still waiting for Hoselink to contact me back about this. Poor customer service. How can I recommend this product if I am unable to use it?”
