“Unfortunately, I haven’t succeeded at removing the old o-rings to change over to the new ones you supplied. The summer heat may have caused the original small rubber o-rings to degrade enough to melt into their position & be stuck like glue.At the time of you suppling the replacement o-rings, I purchased two new replacement cheaper Hoselink nozzles which I now realise are not of the same quality & enjoyment of use (eg I don’t like the ‘centre’ spray on the cheaper nozzles which was my favourite on the original nozzles). My main reason to selecting them is that I’m hoping they won’t need maintenance because of o-ring break-down & leaks. .Really loved the original nozzles but don’t like the eventual leaks..”
“We had problems with a leaking spray gun. I was promised a ‘kit’ which arrived within a few days - complimentary. Although an excellent service kit, the spray now started to leak from other places. This too has now been replaced, free of charge. Amazing back-up so rare these days. Would continue to support and recommend Hoselink”
