“I know it takes very little to look after your hoses but after pulling apart hose gun to replace o ring sleeve I noticed considerable wear on white face plate it’s only 2 year old if I had known to overhaul gun every 6 to 12 months with silicon grease there would be little wear o ring was worn flat and leaking caused me to check gun so a overhaul manual on how to maintain unit would helpHose reel is the best unit we have ever had easy to use but guns need regular maintenance”
“Whilst I was happy to receive the pack as a goodwill gesture, the products did not alleviate the problem with the spray gun. I reported the issues I was having prior to receipt and following receipt and use of the products, the spray gun still does not operate as it should. It is completely useless. It operated beautifully when it was first received and then for no apparent reason, it ceased to operate in a normal manner. I was told to soak the rotating head - it had no effect on performance. Some time after I purchased my first spray gun, I purchased another spray gun and whilst it works, it does not work as well as the first one I purchased. I am not happy with the lack of performance from such expensive spray guns.”
