“This is not a complaint but constructive feedback. Firstly this item was not purchased , it was claimed under warranty. Having automated email do help improve business is a good tool, but looks embarrassing when the request doesn’t relate to a purchase.If this reviewed related to my experience making a warranty claim than I could rate my experience .The warranty claim , whilst it wasn’t in my favor to start with hoselink did replace the item.This replacement item is working fine.”

“Excellent product. One improvement would be an adjustment valve on the gun itself to regulate the strength of water flow. A previous model spray gun had this feature, and I believe it would be an improvement to this model.”
