“I have just returned from holiday and received your invitation to comment on our recent purchase of 2 off Premium Spray guns. Unfortunately, both of the Spray Guns have the same fault, that is, their Flush motion is not functioning properly. We also have experienced the same problem on one of the spray guns that we purchased on a previous order. We realise that your spray guns are very good units but appear to fail in the Flush function only.We would be pleased if you could either, tell us how to overcome the problem and we would carry out the fix ourselves, or, we could return our spray guns to you for modification.However, we do not want to be without the guns for more than a couple of days in this current hot weather. We await your response. We would recommend this product if the current problem was overcome. Regards, John Carter”
“Exceptionally good - recent unit was a replacement because rubber ring surrounding choice of spray came loose (perished) and broke off. I appeciated that a replacement unit was sent at no cost to me. Would mention that I have had another of these 7 function spray guns for many years, and did not encounter this problem with the older one.”
