“In looking for a root waterer, I found other vendors no longer offer such a tool. I have a number of Hoselink reels, connectors, etc. so it was an easy choice.It works well enough. I do find that I often have to change location to avoid small stones in the soil as it stops progression downward. Occasionally, I get a piece of mulch in the tube that can be tough to dislodge. Having said that, I have many shrubs and trees that appreciate the attention.”
“This is a great product for deep watering , and I’ve used it on all my trees. You have to be gentle when pushing the rod into the ground and move if you hit a rock or root , but it is easy to use. It might be the saviour of the trees and deep rooted shrubs in my garden in this hot summer”
“Th e water probe is truly amazing...just sorting out bamboo sticks to mark the hole for the probe..maybe you could market the medium sticks...for me cutting the sticks has been a challenge as I no longer live on a farm and hence no tools...not a major problem ...however the probe is fantastic and keeping me smiling during this awful time....many thanks.”
