“I recently purchased a Root Waterer & Soil Breaker from you.Your page did not tell me I had to have your hose connector and also the length of the pole is too short, it hurts my back when I use it, it could do with half the length again extension.”
“I am extremely disappointed as it was faulty one and I had a refund sent to me. I am waiting for your next shipment of them where I will try again. Service was very good thank you”
“This is the main item I brought from my friend because it is so much more effective than spraying the surface and hoping the water will get down to the roots. This way you know it does.”
“The product works great. I'm very happy with it -thank you!My only slight annoyance is the the following regarding the product advertising.I am new to Hoselink and unfamiliar with the Hoselink exclusive connector system. When I read on the product page The Hoselink Root Waterer & Soil Breaker attaches to your hose via the free Hoselink connector that sounded like something that enabled me to connect it to my existing mainstream hose attachment straight away (like I could a standard spray gun) not that I also needed another part (now I know to be the Hoselink hose end connector OR acquire a standard 3/4″ (25mm) Bsp male thread hose adapter to fit my existing attachment) to do that. After reading your customer reviews and seeing the one from the person who believed the same as me and needed to wait until their next pension payment to get the hose end connector plus Hoselink's response, I worked out I could unscrew the 3/4″ (25mm) Bsp male thread bit from my mainstream spray gun. I would have bought the hose end connector in my original shipment had I known it was needed but i'm not prepared to pay for it plus shipping in a second shipment. My suggestion for the product page is to have a statement that clearly states that the order does not include a hose end connector and that the intended user will need to either have a Hoselink hose end connector to connect to the provided connector or a standard 3/4″ (25mm) Bsp male thread hose adapter to connect to existing standard hose attachments. I think it would really avoid customer confusion.”
“I bought this to replace a Gardena root waterer that broke as it had a top plastic handle. It had a strong aluminium shaft with a digging spike at the end with the water coming out the end sides. The hoselink one keeps blocking up as my soil is quite hard. The shaft has also slightly bent.”
