“It is a great gadget to make sure your shrubs and deeper rooted plants are getting sufficient water to survive. I was finding that some of my shrubs were not doing very good even after a good watering till I started using the root waterer which allows you to go through the soil/sand and get water to where it is needed at the roots, instead of water running away and not soaking in.
