“I received this produce and tried to contact you because i do not have a hoselink converter to use this product I have not had a response. Disappointed because it should have warned me it needed a special fitting”

“Product was ideal for the task behind me purchasing the item, however, it snapped at the brass connection I believe due to the thread or join not being long enough therefore not enough structural integrity present along the pivot point of the tool. Suggestion would be to reinforce the juncture of connection with perhaps an inner sleeve adding the the structural integrity of the product or use stainless steele instead of aluminum.”
“I purchased the Root Waterer & Soil Breaker online, the parcel arrived (within a reasonable period) but unfortunately with incorrect parts and therefore could not be assembled. I have sent an email however nothing heard as yet.”
“Yep, it does what is says in regard to deep watering, soil breaking etc but it’s also really handy for watering pot plants accurately with out spill, or in any location where you need a directly flow of water in a precise spot. The review comment that swung me into buying this product was from a lady who said it’s handy to fill up the chooks water bowl through the mesh. It’s just a really handy watering tool - you’ll find lots of uses for it in addition to deep watering.”
