“I thought it would work with the. hoselinl and reel I already have. It doesn't click on to the connectors on my hose link. . The one I need has various settings but I couldn't find it on your website, so I assumed you no longer made that one and thought this was its replacement.”
“My original pray started to spray water all around the head so I thought it was time to replace it after a number of years in use. The Comfort 8 Pattern Flow Control Sprayer that I have received is great and a Hugh improvement on the one I had I am very please and recommend Hose link to anyone that talk about hoses. Keep up the good work I would not entertain any thing else.”
“The black adjusting ring at the front came off early in its life and won't stay back on with pressure fit. The spray patterns are nothing like the old squeeze handle sprayer. The vertical and horizontal pattern is far to misty. I used to use the horizontal one a lot on the old sprayer. The angle is too far angled downward compared to the squeeze hand one. the manual off is definitely a pain when your release the pressure on the hose to wind it up and then forget to turn it off and then of course it is on when you turn on the tap and sprays everywhere. (my problem that one) Will now pay the money and re-try the old squeeze handle on which had unfortunately got itself run over. Pity this one couldn't follow suite.”
“I had to replace a Comfort8 which had sprung a leak & wasn’t useable. After telling you about that problem I ended up BUYING a new 1 ! Your quality Control & public relations need looking into? IF the product was faulty WHY should I have to spend my money to replace it?????? Sorry but can’t recommend Hoselink products”
