“I’m disappointed because I asked for the older version spray and got the newer plastic one. I ordered 3 new spray heads, rang up personally, spoke to a real person and still got plastic spray heads. I have special needs due to severely arthritic hands and the new spray heads are not as user friendly as the metal ones.”
“purchased this as an alternate to the 7 function spray Gun, does the same job with less moving parts, simply slide the control up or down, its not spring loaded so it has to be done manually...only issue I have had is when I turn the water off at the tap to relieve pressure on the hose reel I forget to turn the sprayer off ... so next time I turn the tap on, water will squirt everywhere, didn't happen with the spray gun as its normally off”
