“The lever on the back of this sprayer is not sold as a spare part and while I requested this lever from your support staff online and while they said my hoses were in warranty period I only understood a whole sprayer was shipped when all I needed was the actual lever. Since receiving this item I have dropped a second sprayer with the same outcome. Not being able to buy this item is a problem and to be honest is a design flaw as the lever is small and would be problematic for anyone with dexterity issues. Basically redesign the lever and make it more ergonomic/user friendly. I would not recommend this hose to anyone just because of this flaw in design.”
