“I think my experience would be good if I actually received my order. I know you have sent it but it seems to be bouncing around Australia Post for nearly 2.5 weeks. Suggest you get a new delivery service as this is not the first time I have suffered significant delays in delivery. In the meantime my hose is next to useless.”

After checking the tracking, it looks like your order got mis-sorted at one of the Australia Post sorting facilities and that is where the delay came in. The items are now showing as being delivered therefore, you should have them all now. Once again, really sorry for the delay in delivery experienced. “I was disappointed that the centre spray selection in the multi head spray selector has been changed no longer having the great pressure and coverage the gun press head had. I was not particularly impressed with the high pressure attachment as it demonstrated in the visual on the website functioning somewhat like a gernie. I think I should have stuck with the trigger action head.”
