“The product is comfortable & light to hold and I appreciate it should have less wear & tear problems than the old trigger style spraygun. My greatest concern is that as the arthritis in my hands worsens I may not be able to move the on/off lever - perhaps you could add something to the back of it so the elderly/those with not so strong fingers/thumbs have something to grip on to to help move it up & down? I also like with the traditional trigger gun that the water flow cuts out immediately you let go of the trigger - though my mind is slowly remembering to simply flick the lever on/off instead!! I would recommend that you continue to have both products available.”
“If you are changing the design, I would prefer less of an acute angle on the jet. I am sending a nozzle back to show how this particular item leaks through the side of the handle. Hopefully it’s a one off issue.”
