“Recently ordered another two 30 meter hose reels which are brilliant.Having bought three previous hoselink reels and being used to the brass bodied sprayer which are brilliant, I was looking forward to receiving my two new hose reels.My excitement soon turned to disappointment when I saw the new sprayers that come with the hose reels now.They are as ugly as my ex mother in law, feel cheap and nasty and aren't a true spray gun as you can't control the flow, it's either on or off.If I had of looked closer and realised what these sprayers were, I wouldn't have made my purchase.”

“Customer service was as usual excellent but the replacement item l purchased is not as functionally as good as the original metal hand spray unit because of the different settings and spray patterns. Personally l also prefer the hand trigger not the thumb control located at the rear of the unit. However the new unit works OK.”
