“Winter is the wet season in Melbourne. And this winter has been a particularly wet one. Your Comfort 8-Pattern Flow Control Sprayer arrived in a very wet week to replace its Hoselink predecessor. After the usual inept puzzlement making the attachment, it is now fully installed. But I have had only a couple of exploratory sprays, simply to check that I had installed it properly and it seems to work well - as I would expect from any Hoselink product. Please ask again in the middle of Summer.”
“Your products are excellent. The weak link is in the customer self prescribing what they need. I ordered a sprayer without realising I needed a specific connection to fit my hose. Fortunately I had a spare among my bits and pieces to make it work. If you could provide a service which assisted people to self prescribe BEFORE they ordere I think that would be a real help.”
