“Your products are excellent. The weak link is in the customer self prescribing what they need. I ordered a sprayer without realising I needed a specific connection to fit my hose. Fortunately I had a spare among my bits and pieces to make it work. If you could provide a service which assisted people to self prescribe BEFORE they ordere I think that would be a real help.”
“Much better than the leaky trigger style, however, the control lever on the new Comfort 8-Pattern Flow Control Sprayer has also started to leak slightly. Seems you just can't water the garden without getting your hands wet.”
