“Bought 3 of these sprayers to replace our original metal gun sprayer heads which had all lasted over 7 years. Unfortunately within a year they began to spring leaks and now 18 months later all 3 are unusable due to an apparent design fault in the plastic thumb control lever. Still within 2 year warranty but I'm going back to the original metal gun sprayer so that I don't have to keep replacing them, works out to be more cost effective and less plastic landfill.”
“I am glad you asked. I have purchased 2 or 3 hose reels from Hoselink in the past and this latest one I would rate poorly. It does not function as well as my older model which still runs perfectly. The hose does not retract fully nor easily. You will recall that I informed you of the poorly running sprayer and you replaced it immediately and which runs well, thank you.I expected, as such because you have always supported your clients well.. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this latest reel.”
