“I must say I am rapt in all the products, and I am converting my whole irrigation and watering hoses to Hoselink. I love the unique locking of the connectors so there isn’t any leaks. My only concern was in the ordering of the connectors and which product did what. Consequently I seem to have an over-supply of single connections that I will not use, and will have to order the connectors and O rings to attach to the old hoses to complete the job.”
“In a previous review, I mentioned the Automatic Tap Timer with Rain Sensor and the issues I faced after the warranty period had just ended. I contacted Hoselink to discuss any potential solutions. The staff at Hoselink went above and beyond to assist me in any way they could, and I have just received the replacement timer.Regarding the timer itself, I am extremely satisfied with this product. It is simple to set up, easy to use and program, and I would not hesitate to recommend this product and company.”
“We have been using the Hoselink automatic tap timer with rain sensor for the past 12 months and we absolutely loved it. However, recently, it started to malfunction just before Christmas 2023. The timer doesn't allow water to flow through it, requiring multiple attempts before it finally works. Sadly, it has become so unreliable that we removed it and will contact Hoselink. Although it's a great item, we are disappointed that it has failed just after the warranty period. We expected better quality and longevity from this product as we are happy with other Hoselink products.”

“Instructions need to be spelt out a bit better to enable people not familiar with the item to do their initial set up and could be a little more robust in regards to connections but overall it does the job well.”
