“I was needing the pin for a ratchet lopper not pruners so the product was of able to be used When I called back to get the correct part I was informed that you did not keep a pin for the lopper. I was offers a 15% discount on a new pair. It I declined the offer. Instead I went to the local bolt shop and got a suitable pin for 70 cents. I think you should keep the lopper pin as a spare part ThanksTrevor”
