“Not good - the prongs only move two into each other rather than all four so it doesn’t grip weeds. Put it to the side and went to bunnings for the fiskar one which works way better. Disappointed as this is the first hoselink item that hasn’t been amazing.”
“Received our weed pulled and excitedly started pulling out our pesky dockweed. Unfortunately the plastic foot pedal snapped clean off on the second weed. We assumed it was a faulty batch and, to their credit, Hoselink did send us a replacement very quickly. I only opened it this season and the replacement worked absolute wonders on the weed ….. for probably 4-5 hours of weeding across 2 weekends and the plastic has snapped off again. I’ve rewatched the video to make sure I’m doing it correctly and the ground is actually very soft after so many moths of rain - it just doesn’t seem to hold up to the leverage required to get the long roots out of the ground. Very disappointed for the price and now researching to find a similar product made with only metal to try and avoid the same issue.”
