“I purchased this on the 23 August. Tried it you when it arrived and was OK on dandelions. Used it for the second time yesterday, pulling some Oxalis and the fucking thing bent down near the bottom, making it very difficult to slide the extractor down. Will be requesting aa refund for the crap. Perhaps you could contact me to resolve the problem.”
