“The products are great. However having bit of an issue with delivery. I ordered three items and originally only one was delivered. I was not made aware that the three items would be delivered separately. I advised Australia Post of the issue and the next day another one of the three items arrived. I understand Australia Post is having bit of an issue with backlog but now 10 days later the last of the three items has not yet been delivered. I have advised Australia Post but have not heard from them.”
“We bought this kit as the house we purchased had the a number of these around the yards.We are very happy with the kit we purchased, my wife is an avid gardener, and loves how it will reach the whole back yard and down to the river back where we are planning a much bigger vegi garden.Overall awesome equipment, I can't see anything that could improve your design.CheersStephen”

“I bought the 30m Charcoal Home Gardner Pack in June 2021 and it was delivered within 7 days!I'm a tradie with lots of tools and as such installation onto masonry was a breeze.After installing and connecting all pieces, I extended the hose from the reel and found it wouldn't go back in.Some investigation later found that the belt that moved the hose guide had come off it's cog and with a little determination and patience I slipped it back on for a fully functioning reel.Thanks Hoselink for an easy to fix as well as a beautifully looking unit!”
