“As this was a surprise gift for the husband I have given his view though it kills me to say it:While it looks like the Rolls Royce of garden hoses, due to Poor water pressure, it is actually an average product. In comparison to our previous 30m garden hose, the water pressure appears to have halved. Therefore the sprinkler doesn’t function as it should . We sent an email to hoselink about a week ago and waiting on a response. I’m sure it will be useful when we hear back. I was really happy with the incredible speed of delivery and right before Christmas even after the stated cut off time so I really appreciate it. The comment was : it is easy to use and gets all around the yard but was it worth the money I paid for it? Not sure. If the water pressure was as it was, it would be great.”
“This product is excellent and we have found it easy to use ( and easy to install the hose reel with the detailed instructions)Only comment I have is that we have a large reticulated garden and would have preferred a choice other than receiving the sprinkler.All the items received are of a very high quality and look robust.”

All of our Hose Reels are tested during manufacturing therefore this is very unusual.We can see that we have organised for a replacement unit to come out to you and that we are getting this unit back for our products team to look into. Personally I would have thought twice about leaving mine too. Anyway, we are extremely happy with our purchase, we especially enjoyed the gift packs that come with the new reels.
