“Hi I ordered a Evoive reel 30 mtr, unfortunately it leaked from inside and was not repairable it was replaced very quickly and the other one returned. The new one has the same problem and I have been told that it will be replaced when the manufacturing problem is fixed. It's great that they are now going to be made in Auatralia. I really like the new spray nozzle the only problem with it is the centre spray is far too weak and hardly cleans anything, but the large spray is great !
One other problem was taking the first one to the post office I am almost 80 and had to walk around 150 meters from the car park to the shop, luckily I am still quite fit and was ok, not sure a lady would hav coped. My first purchase from Hoselink was around 10 years ago great products I am sure you will fix this problem soon, you have a great team always helpful and polite. I look forward to recieving my new one when the problem is sorted. Cheers Roy Bennett.”
