“Poor service. Still awaiting installation and have followed up several times. Original assigned installer didn’t respond to messages and now it has been allocated to a new installer and I’m awaiting a response from them to hopefully finally have it installed after buying the hose weeks ago”

“I got the hosereel on about 19th Dec. For various reasons, Installezi couldn't install it until the second week of January. 1st LESSON IS- don't expect installation near Christmas, New Year or early January.
I ordered installation because I was recuperating after a week in hospital but by the first week of January I had recovered enough to be able to pick up a hammer drill, so I did it myself (with help from a friend).
THE SECOND LESSON IS THAT HOSELINK REFUNDED THE INSTALLATION COST EASILY AND QUICKLY!! TOP MARKS!”
