“The Hoselink staff responded promptly to a problem I encountered, apologised and replaced a part free of charge. My neighbours jointly pay for the festoon lights and they light up a tree at the top of our Court for all to enjoy (they look great). Everyone was full of praise for the response from Hoselink.
