“I had an initial issue with my lights that the customer service team helped me sort out in a matter of minutes over the phone by going above and beyond. Would purchase from Hoselink again without a doubt. The lights themselves are well made and look great. Only thing I would say is… they’re glass, don’t do what I did and let the string of lights sway too much in the wind as they’ll inevitably sway into a fence or wall and the bulbs will smash. Make sure there isn’t too much slack in the setup.”
