“I had a brilliantly awesome experience with Hoselimk. I bought 2 sets of fairy lights, put them up excitedly to find that one set didnt work. Checked that I hadn't stapled through the wires (I hadn't ) I contacted Hoselink via email and they sent me out another set straight away. Good old fashioned customer service thank you Team Hoselink”
“I bought two sets. Charged both and then upon trying them out, both required that the wires be held in just the right way in order to make the lights turn on. It must be a quality issue with the product. When they are on they are great, but they turn off on their own accord. To add to this I immediately reported this to Hoselink for an exchange but am yet to have a response. My opinion is do not waste your money unless you can pull the apart and put them back together in a better working state.”
