“We had issues with one of our L510 solar lights, it suddenly stopped working. I explained to their customer service the problem and they suggested I replace the battery instead of the hole unit. They arranged for the replacement battery be sent to me under warranty.
Very quick response from these guys, they stand by their product.

“The battery was replace free of charge; thank you for the quick response.Before replacing the battery I decide to investigate why this unit which was only received in April 2023 failed. An earlier unit failed after 13 months of use (while another unit installed at the same time has continued to operate without problems.The result was a bad solder joint connecting the battery pins to the main circuit board. I resoldered these joins and all is well. I also recovered the old unit which was due for the tip and this also showed the same problem; this was resoldered and now appears to be working.Your response to all the problems is exemplary and to be commended.”
