“One word PERFECTO . From the first phone call to find out how much it cost to repair a faulty hoselink, the operator explaining that they will organise free return, repairs and send it back aa free of charge backing their warranty terms. Returned repaired within a week and I will refer anyone looking for quality products with a promised after purchase backup by an Australian company.”
