“I have to give this blanket 5 stars on principle alone (although at deserves 5 stars for every other reason as well), Haggaroo's customer service is beyond anything I could've hoped for. The email they sent me actually made me tear up. I'm a mother to a freshly diagnosed 2 year old son on the autism spectrum, so I got him this blanket because even before I knew he was ASD I knew he liked pressure. The blue duvet cover is so soft. Yes it leaves little fuzzies but in the grand scheme I have 5 kids so little blue fuzzies are the least of my worries that's why I bought a vacuum years ago (and the shedding does stop within 24 hrs and to be honest I barely noticed it, I never even had to break out the vacuum). The relief this blanket brought my son the fist time I draped it over him made it worth every penny. I also read in the product description that upon receipt of your new blanket you should secure it to the duvet cover with the 5 ties. However, mine arrived already secured which was a thoughtful homemade type of touch that made me like it even more. Also, my little boy has asthma on top of everything else so I always worry about strong odors. This blanket actually smelled like sweet mint when I pulled it out of the bag I kid you not and it was such a welcome surprise after receiving other things from Amazon that smell like rubber tires and funk. We took this with us to my sonogram appointment because my son can sometimes act like he's got rabies and low and behold, he sat in the chair on daddy underneath his blanket the entire time. He's never done that. Thank you Haggaroo, even if this blanket never worked for my son again it was worth the money for the precious peace we've gotten during the 24 hours he's had it, but fingers crossed it continues to charm him! * I'm editing this review days later to say that this blanket is life. Idk how we survived without it. I will never go another day in my life without having this blanket. My boy loves it and it's obvious, which is a big deal because he's non verbal so it's sometimes difficult to tell when he does actually like something (it's super easy to tell when he DOESN'T like something though lol).
