“Great blanket, although I did have an issue with the support strings tearing. One email to the product maker and they resolved it immediately and fairly. This has changed how our daughter sleeps, and by that I mean that she sleeps LONGER!”
“***** EDITED ****** PREVIOUS REVIEW::: My son loves his blanket, the only trouble we are having are the ties breaking on the inside - so then the blanket will get all bunched up. I am a bit disappointed in that. The ties need to be much more sturdy. **** UPDATED **** I received a personal email and message from the owner, Wendy who was very concerned with my experience using the ties and how they were not very effective. She offered to send a replacement and it arrived in TWO days - over a holiday period! AMAZING customer service. What dedication to their business - this is INTEGRITY which is beyond admirable and I so appreciate it!! We will be using a new blanket and my son is thrilled!!! Thank you!!!”
“This blanket is easy to put together and wash. We've had it a couple of weeks and I've seen a marked improvement in my 6 year old ADHD/ASD daughter's sleep. It has also been a very helpful while deescalating meltdowns. She is asthmatic, has very sensitive skin, and is incredibly sensitive to textures (especially with blankets). She loves the softness of this blanket and we have had no reactions regarding her skin or asthma. She also loves the name and says it feels just like a big hug :) 10/10 would recommend. My only suggestion would be providing more colors (though the blue is lovely).”
“Purchase this product to calm my ASD/ADHD daughter in flying. Granted that still it was uncomfortable with the air pressure but I was able to manage her before a huge meltdown. It's VERY SOOTHING! Even for adults! She still uses it for sleep or watching tv. It's like a security blanket. I had to wash it and unfortunately, it started shedding. Since my little one has Sensory issues as well, my daughter was frustrated that she wanted her blanket but not the shedding. Customer service IS SUPERB!!!! They were very understanding to our issue and willing to resolve the issue quickly and more! I recommend this product for ANYONE!! It's reassuring to not only have a good product but to have excellent customer​ service in resolving issues. Thank you!”
