“Have been using this to support some of my longer endurance workouts. I can't say for sure that I have seen performance improvements (hard to A/B test), but I can definitely say my runs feel better. I don't have that "gee I am super tired, am I going to make it?" moment when I take this before my workout. I am also thinking about using it to replace my morning coffee to see if I can get off of caffeine. The taste isn't amazing, but you do get used to it. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for clean energy for productivity or working out.”
