“All these people saying it did nothing for them as if it's supposed to be a stimulant or something. This product is amazing every run or ride I don't need to fuel as much. At threshold I have noticed a significant improvement in my energy levels and endurance. Other than suppleme ting with my regular fuel during training I use the non caffeine after my workouts about 30 minutes after my protein. And I'm snapping back about 30% faster than I was before. The taste is unique and really isn't that bad. You can add it to a flavored drink if you really have a issue drinking a 2 ounce shot like a child.
