“The tumbler color is beautiful. We received the tumbler & the seal must be broken because the tumbler was sweating. After 2 hours of my kiddo drinking out of it she said it tasted funny. I go to pour it out and the seal is very broken, there is water stuck in the cup and you can hear it when the cup is empty. I understand that things happen but I am still waiting for a response from customer service. Praying that make this right.”
