“This was the worst experience I’ve ever had purchasing a product. I ordered a certain color and they sent me the wrong color. I sent various emails to see what was going on and why they sent me the wrong color and that I just wanted to exchange for the right color. Well customer service kept giving the runaround about warranty claim and this and that. I kept telling them that I wanted to exchange for the right color and still noting. So finally after days went by, I finally got my refund but no explanation.”
“We originally ordered this a year and a half ago and loved it! Never spilled! The handle started coming away from the bottle recently. We sent in a picture with our order number and quickly received a brand new hydrojug to replace it. It was an easy and fast process. I don't see us buying from another company! I think we own at least 6 hydrojugs in different styles, colors, and sizes and love them all!”
