“This was my first hydrojug. I ordered a customized Hydrojug and when I received it, the customization was not completed on it. I contacted email customer service and notified them the one I received did not have my customization on it. They got back to me within 24 hours stating they had ordered a new one with the customization and to keep the one they mistakelny sent. I receiced the correct one with customization within a few days. I really appreciated how easy it was the have the mistake corrected and the fact they didnt make me send back the wrong one.”
