“The handle on mines broke when I try to unseal the cap. I like the product. However the sealing is super tight, making it very difficult to open, eventually breaking the handle trying to have a grip.”
“Honestly I wanted to love it. Especially since it doesn’t leak. However, the lid is so difficult to remove just to refill it. It is impossible to remove the straw to clean and make sure mold doesn’t grow. I watched videos to see if I was the only one. People were saying you need to use a screwdriver or blow dryer to remove lid parts. That is just way too much of a hassle for me. I do not recommend.”
