In the mean time I received another one. And it was damaged , so I reached out and they took care of it , so after a few emails it was taken care of ! They were helpful and I will continue to support their products

“I’m so disappointed! This HydroJug Is awesome but I accidentally knocked it off the counter one time and the straw part on top snapped off. Now, I can’t use it and I don’t see any options to return or replace it. Super bummed”
