“I’m a huge fan of Hydro Jug Traveler - I own several. There’s one (big) design flaw! The inability to remove and properly clean the part of lid, where straw connects is gross. I’ve watched the videos and there is no way to get it completely clean the way it is currently designed. If I could disassemble it to clean it properly I would have given it ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.”
“Unfortunately, when I received my traveler the lid was screwed on so tightly- it would not open. (Used hot water, gloves, even tried putting it in the freezer).It took a day and a half to finally get it open and I was left with a damaged lid from trying to twist it open. I still gave this product 3 stars because I do use it daily and I do genuinely love the product aside from the damage it now has.”
