“I really love my new tumbler. My only complaint is that when there was a chip in the coating I reached out to customer service but I haven’t heard back yet. I realize the chip is very small but it’s still a chip and I would assume it would become larger over time.”
“I have the travelr. I love it! I am disappointed, though. After only one drop, the flip straw stopper broke off. I had been using the traveler for two days when this happened. I figured since this is dishwasher safe, it would be very sturdy.”
“I want to love this cup so much because it is nice looking, doesn't leak, holds a large amount of water, and fits into a cup holder, BUT it came with a little scratch and the rubber seal at the bottom was coming off so it will not even sit on a table evenly. I could let the scratch go, but I’m so annoyed every time I set it down because it won’t sit well.”
“The experience was a little wild but the jug still deserves a higher star hence my rating of 4. I bought my original black one at a different retailer and I’ve loved it since. The black one I received from hydro jug is a replacement for the pink hydro jug I received that was defective. The cup does what it’s suppose to do not leak and keeps water cold!”
