“Got three cups, love the bubblegum color but the one I got doesn’t close properly. Had multiple people try to screw it back on and it takes multiple tries. The exact cup different color doesn’t do this so I’m thinking it’s just the cup I received.
Also when the lid is closed properly you can’t suck out of the straw, super hard to get the water to flow through.”
Thank you for reaching out! We suggest checking the following: 1. Is the suction nozzle on the lid open enough? 2. Check whether the silicone under the suction nozzle is broken from the inside of the lid? 3. Is the silicone at the connection to the internal straw in the correct position, broken, or displaced? 4. Please check if the internal straw can be tightly inserted into the silicone hole of the lid.
