“The cup had a couple of scratches wasn’t happy about it, but it’s still a good cup. It keeps everything really cold, but I was disappointed in the scratches in of the cup. That’s all is still great for keeping things cool”

“I have not received my item. According to HydroJug's policy, they are not responsible for my lost package once it leaves their warehouse. This does not help me get my lost package or receive my $50 back. It seems like they don't care because they direct you right to the USPS claims site.”
