“I love HJ. Absolutely amazing products but the last few releases have been a mess from app errors to logistics errors and cup defects. It’s really sad to see. Cherries had is super low quality cream paint job and one came with a scratch down to the metal. I think HJ needs to improve the products, and customer support before continuing to push out more launches that disappoint more customers. We love and support HJ please focus improvements rather than another launch.”

“I wouldn’t recommend Hydrojug at all anymore. Cherries was a huge disappointment. The finish scratches and scuffs SO easily. Not to mention the shipping times are ridiculously slow. To the point you begin to wonder if you’ve been scammed. Add to that the the Traveler grows mold and customer service is no help on the issue. Replacement lids aren’t even available to order so I guess you use the cup until it can kill you then throw it away and start over?”
