“Really wanted to love this cup, but feel it was a lot of hype and a lot of money for something I could've just gotten at HomeGoods. And it probably would've been better! Super sleek coming out of the box but I did notice a dent on the body. It doesn't keep my drinks cold that long, ice melts within 12 hours. My Owala water bottle keeps my drinks cold longer than that, lasting almost 24 hours. Really love that you can flip the straw down, which sets this apart from Stanley and SM, but it just doesn't stay cold! I have an extra star because customer service was responsive, otherwise highly disappointing.”
