“I submitted an inquiry about my straw being defective and I haven't heard back. It has a splinter like piece of plastic that is very rough when placed to your lips. It is a rough area on the tip of the straw that I've tried picking off without success. I don't want to further damage the straw. Can a replacement be sent Otherwise the mug is great, doesn't leak, fits in all cup holders and is great on the go!!
