Had trouble getting the lid clean, contacted customer service, they offered we some ways on how to clean the lid adn when that didnt work the REPLACED IT.
A few months late I dropped the cup and broke the handle.
I reached out to customer service again in regards to the break and they replaced the cup!
This cup has been worth every penny. Their customer servive is PHENOMENAL!”
