“I love the look but ever since I’ve received the HydroJug I can’t open it. I’ve tried opening the straw, using that to help open the lid and I’ve even had my husband try opening it for me. I spoke with customer service and took their suggestions in trying to open it (with hot water and a cloth) which did not work. I’ve now noticed damage on the rim of the lid because I’ve been doing so many attempts at trying to open it. Most likely will not make a purchase again.”
“I have had zero issues with the functionality of the product. But the body of the jug is easy to damage. With one fall the handle detached from the top. Aside from that, this cup keeps my water cold and I appreciate the straw always being tucked away.”
